Donation Receipts and Section 80G
Donors may be eligible to claim a deduction under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, subject to the applicable law and the donor's eligibility.
Please contact us before donating if you require a tax-deduction receipt. Any deduction depends on TSA Delhi's valid Section 80G approval, the nature of the donation, and applicable tax rules. A receipt alone does not guarantee tax deductibility.
